Lost or Damaged Shipments
* Compensation is subject to the declared value and applicable company opted carrier risk
* Claims must be reported within 48 hours of recivied shipment, after that we are not liable for any COF
* Any damage intransit we are not liable any thing, goods will be booked at owner risk
* Transit insurance is your scope
* Any claim regarding damage, shortage, or loss must be reported promptly along with supporting photographs, video, shipment details, and relevant documentation while packing and unpacking. Claims will be reviewed according to our internal procedures and applicable laws.
Prohibited Items
- Explosives and flammable materials, Illegal drugs or narcotics, Firearms and ammunition, Hazardous chemicals, Live animals, Any item prohibited by applicable laws and company policy. Any prohibited shipment may be refused, returned, or reported to the appropriate authorities.
Customs & International Shipments
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate customs documentation.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are generally the responsibility of the receiver unless agreed otherwise.
- Customs authorities may inspect shipments as required by law.
- Customs delays are beyond the control.

Consignee Refusal and Non-Refund Policy
- If the consignee refuses to accept the shipment for any reason, the freight amount paid by the consignor is non-refundable.
- Original freight charges will not be refunded.
- Return transportation charges shall be borne by the sender.
- Additional handling, storage, or re-delivery charges may apply if applicable.
- The shipment will be returned only after applicable charges have been paid
